- When is the best time to call the helpline?

If you are struggling or know someone who is struggling please call the helpline immediately. Our team are available to support you,Please note that if your call is not answered immediately there is someone talking to a team member at that time.It is important not to feel disillusioned your call will be returned ASAP.

- Are all calls to the helpline confidential?

We want to reassure those who call our helpline that they feel comfortable and safe when reaching out for help, we guarantee complete confidentiality for all calls.

- Are calls recorded?

We do not record calls. All calls remain confidential.

- Who funds Safe Castlebellingham?

Safe Castlebellingham relies solely on the generous donations of the public and funds raised through fundraising effects to maintain and support this essential service for those in need.

- Can I call the helpline if I am worried about someone?

Yes. If you are worried about a family member, friend, colleague or someone in your community, you can contact SAFE for support and guidance.

Our trained volunteers will listen, talk through your concerns, and help you understand what support may be available..

- How Can I Participate?

  We appreciate every donation we receive as every € donated goes towards providing counselling to someone who needs it. You can make a donation or join our commitee and help organise events or simply host a fundraiser if you'd like! send us an email at publicrelations@safecbh.ie
